「プラダ（PRADA）」が、プラダ 青山店で展覧会「ダラ バーンバウム（DARA BIRNBAUM）」を開催する。会期は6月1日から8月28日まで。
ダラ・バーンバウム（Dara Birnbaum）は、1946年生まれ。ニューヨーク出身で、現在も同地を拠点に活動している。同氏の作品はニューヨーク近代美術館（MoMA）で展示されているほか、米国アーティストフェローシップ（United States
Artists Fellowship）など数々の賞を獲得。大判写真や彫刻、建築的構成部分といった3次元的なデザイン要素を取り入れ、テレビの映像などを使用する制作手法で知られている。
ADVERTISING
同展では、1979年から2011年にまでに制作された作品を披露。ビデオインスタレーション作品「Kiss the Girls: Make Them Cry」やバーンバウムの初期のビデオ作品「New Music Shorts」を含む計4作を展示する。キュレーションは、ニューヨーク近代美術館でキュレーターを務めた経験を持つバーバラ・ロンドン（Barbara London）が担当した。
